Apartment units on the upper floors of the Toom-Kuninga 21 apartment building overheated due to the large window surface. Solar control films reduced the indoor temperature by up to 5 degrees, and residents' feedback has been very positive.
In the apartments on the upper floors of the Toom-Kuninga 21 apartment building, a problem of overheating occurred on sunny days, caused by the large window area and strong solar radiation. The elevated indoor temperature affected the residents' daily comfort and made staying in the rooms uncomfortable.
To solve the problem, Kileprofi was approached, who proposed the installation of solar control films as an effective and practical solution. After a consultation, it was decided to install the films. The result was a noticeable drop in indoor temperature – by up to 5 degrees – which significantly improved the living environment's comfort. Feedback from the residents confirms that the solution has proven to be entirely worthwhile.
