The cost depends on the specific car model and the size of the surface to be tinted. Tinting the rear of a simpler car usually takes 1.5–2 hours, and tinting all windows takes about 2–3 hours. For less common and more exclusive cars, the tinting process can take more than 6 hours.

The price range for tinting common passenger car windows is generally the same. The cost of tinting is determined by the complexity of the setup, specific model characteristics, and the time required.

For windows behind the driver, there are no restrictions. EV laws stipulate that the driver's door window (glass + film) must allow 70% and the windshield 75% of light to pass through.

Washing the car before bringing it in for tinting is recommended. It is significantly more pleasant to apply film to a car that has not come directly from gravel roads to the workshop. A very dirty car affects the quality of the tint film installation and increases the risk of scratches!

Before installing the film, it's important to verify the type of insulated glass units you have and decide which side is appropriate for film installation. For triple-glazed units, solar control film must be installed on the outside. For single and double-glazed units, it can also be installed on the inside.

Usually not. The glass is washed several times before installation because dirt must not remain under the film. In case the glass has construction debris such as plaster and putty, we ask the client to remove the larger dirt themselves, as there is a risk of scratching the glass during cleaning in such a situation.

If the glass type is identified and the film is chosen correctly, the glass will not break without a strong physical impact. The glass may break due to thermal stress. This happens when the glass type is left unidentified and the film is chosen incorrectly.

Whether or not to tint the windows and how much light the film will absorb is up to the customer. Some materials are so light that if you tint the windows secretly at night, you won't even realize anything has changed when you wake up in the morning. However, the lighter the film, the less effective it is at blocking heat energy from solar radiation.

There is no single answer to this question because there are many variables to consider (room size, window size, building position, glazing configuration, etc.). However, we can state how much solar heat energy we can repel with film. For larger projects, it is possible to perform sample temperature measurements and cooling cost feasibility calculations.
